Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Certain tours, activities, or services may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly stated during the booking process.
- Non-refundable items will be indicated in the tour or activity description, and no refunds will be provided for these specific items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Tour cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
- Inability to fulfill the tour or activity as advertised.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of the tour or activity provided.
Refunds Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details and the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
